Kirsty Neill, CP3

Calgary

Kirsty has served the public sector since 2006, first from within a municipal local authority and then as a consultant. As a community engagement strategist, she has facilitated productive conversations between project teams and communities across a wide variety of public service areas, including; recreation, open-space and community planning, transportation and water infrastructure, and municipal policy and financing.

Supporting clients in Western Canada, Kirsty helps organizations deliver on key business results by integrating the input of stakeholders into their work. She has won IAP2 Core Value Awards in 2015 and 2017 for her contributions to the field of public participation.

Kirsty is a Certified Public Participation Professional (CP3) with IAP2 and a Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute (PMI). She is committed to providing a foundation of success for project teams as well as their agency and confidence in undertaking public participation initiatives.
