Since 1990 Catherine has worked as a process facilitator, a public and organizational engagement strategist with Indigenous peoples, Federal, Provincial and Local Governments and non-governmental organizations in British Columbia. In her consultancy work she supports people to understand complex issues, to collaboratively plan and make effective decisions together. Catherine is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), International Coach Federation, and has an MA from Simon Fraser University that focused on community sustainability.
