Cancellations
All cancellations and requests for refunds for Virtual Training must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to IAP2 Canada at info@iap2canada.ca. Telephone requests will not be honored.
Virtual courses require a minimum number of participants to proceed so that we can ensure that the best possible learning experience is provided. IAP2 Canada reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants isn’t reached prior to the course start date. Registered participants will have the option to receive a full refund, transfer their registration to another course, or create a credit for IAP2 Canada activities and services.
To guarantee your spot in a course, full payment is required 10 days before the course starts. If you require an exception please contact us at info@iap2canada.ca.
Refunds
Requests for Full Refunds require written notice sent to IAP2 Canada at info@iap2canada.ca and must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the course start date. Participants who cancel within this time period will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50.00.
No Refunds
There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received within the two week period prior to the course start date. Transfers to future sessions or courses will also not be permitted within this time period. However, a substitute may be named and that registration will be honoured. Please email your substitution information to info@iap2canada.ca prior to the start date of the course.
There will be no refunds for missed (full or partial) courses and session recordings are not available. Participants are responsible for making sure that they are receiving course emails and are aware of the course time zone. A minimum of two emails will be sent out prior to the start of the course, including Zoom links and time zone information. If a participant doesn’t receive emails they must contact info@iap2canada.ca a minimum of one business day prior to the start of the course.
Training participants are responsible for ensuring that they have access to Zoom and Google Drive, and are able to access course materials.
Multiple session courses usually build up knowledge from one session to the next. If a participant misses a full session they may not be able to attend subsequent sessions of the course.
If your employer is exempt from paying GST/HST, please send an email to info@iap2canada.ca prior to paying stating your name, organization and GST/HST exemption number, so that GST/HST can be removed. Refunds will not be provided after an invoice has been paid.
