Since 1990, Catherine Rockandel has engaged people with different perspectives in meetings, workshops, and conferences to ensure a rich cross-pollination of ideas. She is skilled at evoking participation, collaboration and creativity while honoring the diversity of the group and affirming its wisdom.
Catherine has worked with communities, organizations, government and companies supporting them to understand complex issues, build relationships, facilitate collaborative planning, and enhance strategic decision-making.
Catherine won the 2017 IAP2 Canada Core Values Award for Respect for Diversity, Inclusion and Culture for her work with School District 38 (Richmond), BC. She is a past-president of IAP2 BC and a Certified Professional Facilitator.
