Lindsay Thompson is a Senior Environmental Specialist at Manitoba Hydro, with over 20 years of experience building collaborative relationships with communities across Manitoba.

She leads a team focused on creating and delivering engagement strategies for major transmission and station projects, integrating diverse perspectives into sustainable infrastructure planning and development. Lindsay is dedicated to fostering meaningful dialogue and creating opportunities for inclusive decision-making.

Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Manitoba, and a Certificate in Environmental Education and Training from the Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources.

She is also an active member of the IAP2 Prairie Chapter.
