About This CourseTransforming P2 and Engagement Culture is an advanced course designed to help practitioners influence and strengthen engagement culture within organizations. You will learn how to identify and assess the attributes of an engaging organization, explore strategies for culture change, and develop a plan to act as a change agent. This course goes beyond individual practice. It equips you to understand the broader organizational environment, navigate challenges, and guide your organization along the continuum toward becoming a fully engaging organization. The course is delivered in four 90-minute sessions with assignments between each session.
