Internal Strategy, External Output: Building a Public Engagement Improvement Flywheel

Building effective public engagement systems that grow on their own takes meticulous planning, work, and a lot of tweaking. Building a Public Engagement Flywheel is an overview of almost 3 years of work we put into building a connected process of continuous improvement for public engagement at the city. We'll discuss what a flywheel is, why we used it, managing decentralized engagement networks in your organization, and ideas on automating the work to free up time.
