Annemarie Marshall is a Certified Public Participation Professional (CP3) with more than 15 years of experience working in public, regulatory, and community settings. Her work focuses on helping organizations plan and deliver engagement processes that are clear, respectful, and responsive to the people affected by decisions. Annemarie has led engagement for government, regulatory bodies, and the private sector, including energy and infrastructure projects across western Canada. She regularly works with municipalities, Indigenous communities, regulators, community groups, and technical teams, often in complex or high-emotion contexts. Her approach is practical and structured, with a strong emphasis on setting clear participation goals, choosing appropriate methods, and following through with transparent reporting. With training in conflict resolution and third-party intervention, Annemarie supports dialogue where interests may differ and trust needs to be built over time. She also works closely with project teams and senior leaders, providing advice on engagement strategy, risk, and alignment with organizational objectives. Annemarie is committed to professional practice that reflects IAP2 values and supports informed, meaningful participation.
