For 20+ years, Paulette has been developing and executing communications, community engagement, and stakeholder relations strategies in urban and rural communities in North America and Sri Lanka.

She is committed to providing excellence in public participation and establishing an environment for meaningful discussions with stakeholders to achieve an effective outcome.

Paulette is a Certified Executive Leader. She is a Senior Manager, Stakeholder Relations and Communications with Comtech, Part of Accenture, a project management and consulting firm. Paulette has a range of experience working with private and public sector communications team, including with the City of Toronto as part of an award- winning team that demonstrated changes in public attitudes and behaviour for Toronto Water.

Paulette previously served on the Board of Directors with Women’s Habitat, a women’s shelter in Etobicoke, and with the International Association of Business Communicators.
