Colleen has served as Public Engagement Advisor for the Government of Saskatchewan, based in Executive Council, since 2018. She has extensive experience with ministry specific and enterprise engagement projects, and she coaches teams for strategic public engagement on government priorities, policy issues, legislation, and programs.
Two of her interests are accessible engagement processes and engaging people with lived experience. Colleen served as senior engagement advisor on project teams that received the Premier’s Awards for Excellence in Public Service twice - for the Accessible Saskatchewan Act (2023) and Autism Spectrum Disorder Individual Funding (2019).
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Master of Science in Market Research from the University of Saskatchewan as well as a Certificate in Public Relations at the University of Regina. She also has a decade of experience prior to her work in executive government in market research for communications and IT services.
Colleen enjoys being active outdoors with her family friends, rehearsing with her women’s choir, and volunteering for her children’s activities.
