Pauline is a participatory city planner, facilitator, and community engagement specialist with 12-years of experience designing and leading collaborative processes. 

Her work is deeply rooted in fostering transdisciplinary and inclusive relationships. Pauline's approach emphasizes the importance of multiple perspectives, aiming to unlock the unique contributions of diverse communities in the planning process. She has a keen interest in approaches that amplify the voices less often heard, especially those of youth and children.
