About IAP2 Canada
International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Canada is an association of professionals in the field of public participation (P2), who seek to promote and improve the practice in relation to individuals, governments, institutions and other entities that affect the public interest in Canada and around the world.

IAP2 Canada offers level-based public participation (P2) training and professional development through our learning pathway - designed for diverse audiences.
The Certified Public Participation Professional (CP3) and Master Certified Public Participation Professional (MCP3) Programs are available to all IAP2 Canada members.
Our members are a diverse community of professionals, citizens, academics, and decision-makers committed to involving the public in decisions that affect them.
Our chapters each have their own Board of Directors to plan and organize local events, activities & professional development opportunities.
RESEARCH & REPORTS
Our research committee focuses on identifying trends, best practices and areas of innovation to help members better understand current P2 activities in Canada.
