Pantea is a dedicated public policy and science professional with a passion for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and meaningful public participation. Her goal is a future where public participation is an integral part of decision-making processes at all levels of government and across all sectors of society. Pantea wants to show that a collaborative and inclusive approach which values diverse perspectives and empowers Canadians will build a better future for all of us.
As a member of the International Association for Impact Assessment and a standards professional, Pantea is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of life, including public participation. She brings 15 years of experience in various fields, such as impact assessment, policy development, research, data analysis, quality assurance, and risk management. Through her extensive professional background, she has honed her ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and achieve common goals.
Pantea holds two master’s degrees in sciences, a Master of Public Policy, and a risk management certificate, providing her with a unique perspective that contributes to more inclusive and equitable practices.
