Ross Zimmermann is an urban planner, public engagement professionals, and improviser from Edmonton, Alberta. Joining IAP2 in 2021 as a member of the Young Professionals Membership Pilot, Ross has contributed to the IAP2 community as a co-chair of the Young Professionals Community of Practice and as a member of the IAP2 Canada Board. Ross’ passion for public engagement is rooted in his strong support for participatory democracy and his belief that public engagement can build connection and strengthen community. He is committed to supporting IAP2 Canada and representing members in shaping the future of the organisation.
