20+ year career in government, she has worked under several ministries and has extensive experience in public engagement, grant funding programs, and agencies, boards and commissions. In her current role, she provides advice and best practices to public servants in governments public engagement initiatives. She has experience in communications, policy, management, and has served on numerous committees, working groups, and advisory groups.
 
Passionate about inclusive engagement, Leah enjoys being with her family and friends, and brings her lived, volunteer, and professional experience to the IAP2 Board of Canada.
