Raissa Marks Interim Executive Director Raissa Marks is pleased to be joining IAP2 Canada as Interim Executive Director until the new Executive Director comes on board. Raissa brings her extensive experience in non-profit management to IAP2 Canada, having spent the first 20 years of her career in the non-profit sector with experience at the director and executive director levels. About two years ago, she launched a coaching and consulting business called Lily Mark whose social purpose is to strengthen organizations and support collaboration for change. Beyond work, Raissa enjoys cooking, hiking, and gardening. She lives in Montreal with her partner, their two daughters, and their new puppy. |
![]() | Johana Gonzalez Training and Professional Development Coordinator Johana brings an extensive and diverse background spanning over a decade in the field of training and administration. Throughout her dynamic career journey, she has assumed a variety of roles, including that of a trainer, instructional designer, pedagogical coordinator, and curriculum designer across a wide spectrum of subjects. Her expertise extends to the creation of training materials, the development of comprehensive training design plans, and the establishment of efficient processes. She has consistently collaborated with trainers and subject matter experts, seamlessly supported administrative functions, and played a key role in coordinating training programs, among other responsibilities. Johana holds a Project Management Certificate from Algonquin College and a Master of Education. She speaks Spanish, English, and French which gives her a unique multicultural perspective that enriches her work. She is eager to be part of IAP2 Canada's mission and use her passion for training and learning processes to assist individuals in achieving their goals. |
Patrick McKeown Marketing Specialist Patrick is a seasoned integrated marketing and IT professional with over two decades of experience architecting cohesive strategies that blend digital, content, SEO, social media, email, and traditional channels. Beginning his career as a web developer in the early days of the internet, he evolved into roles overseeing brand development, cross-channel campaign execution, and content strategy within both agency and in-house settings. Throughout his career, Patrick has lived and worked across the Cayman Islands, England, France, the United States, and Canada partnering with organizations to build marketing programs that balance local relevance with global consistency. His international background enables him to craft messaging that resonates across diverse markets, navigate multicultural stakeholder relationships, and adapt tactics to different regulatory and cultural landscapes. At IAP2 Canada, Patrick leads integrated marketing and digital initiatives, developing creative content frameworks that blend digital and traditional channels. He champions a holistic approach aligning brand, content, design, social engagement, and analytics to amplify IAP2 Canada’s presence and deepen community engagement nationwide. |
