Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations and requests for refunds for the 2020 IAP2 North American Conference must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to IAP2 Canada at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Telephone requests will not be honored.
Due to uncertain times with COVID-19 if IAP2 needs to cancel the Conference a full refund will be provided. If IAP2 decides to postpone or change the format of the Conference registrants will be given an option to transfer funds to the new date or format or receive a full refund.
Full refund requests must be submitted by the end of the day Friday, August 7, 2020. Those cancelling will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50.00.
No Refunds – There will be no refunds after August 7, 2020. However, a substitute may be named and that registration will be honoured. Please email your substitution information to email@example.com prior to the start date of the conference.
Workshops & Field Trips – IAP2 Canada reserves the right to cancel workshops and field trips not meeting the required 8 person minimum by the end of the day August 10, 2020. In the event a workshop or field trip is cancelled, registrants will be given the option to transfer to another workshop or field trip with invoice adjustments made to reflect the new course cost or will receive a full refund. Cancellation of a workshop or field trip does not in any way impact the terms for cancellation by the registrant described above.
