The National Democratic Institute (NDI.org) received funding for a new program focused on creating a public consultation mechanism in partnership with the government of Ukraine. The ideal candidate will have experience with the design and implementation of  public consultation on behalf of a government (preferably models similar those conducted by the governments of Canada, Australia,or the United Kingdom) as a government employee, contractor, or civic organizer.
