Are you interested in expanding your skills in developing community engagement approaches in beautiful British Columbia? Are you ready to pull together public participation on important topics that impact our cities livability such as active transportation, land use, social policy planning, transportation infrastructure, and parks planning and so much more?

The Community Engagement Coordinator will work out of the Burnaby office and join our B.C. engagement team to shape and deliver engagement services for projects and proposals across B.C. for our public and private-sector clients. The B.C. team also works collaboratively with the Alberta engagement team on projects and proposals. ISL’s Community Engagement Team collaborates with our clients to develop, design, and implement community engagement and communications strategies to involve interest holders and the public in the projects within the communities that we serve.

The Community Engagement professionals you will be working with are trained by the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2). Our expertise lies in leading community engagement and developing communication strategies that align with our clients' corporate policies and adhere to the IAP2’s Core Values.
