How is virtual training different from face-to-face? Virtual courses will be offered in two to three and a half hour segments, sometimes with multiple sessions. For example, a traditional one-day in-person courses will now be broken up into two 3-hour sessions or three 2-hour sessions, and in some cases over several weeks.
How will I join my virtual course(s)? All virtual training will be held in online "zoom rooms". All courses will be live and interactive, usually including small group work.
Do I need to be at the live sessions? We expect all participants to attend all sessions just as you would at a face-to-face course.
Can I share my registration with my colleagues? Just like in-person training, one registration allows one person to participate and learn in a course. If your colleagues would like to participate in the course with you, they will need to register individually for the course.
What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy? Please consult our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Course registrant numbers will be confirmed prior to the start date. You will be notified if the minimum number of registrants is not met, where you may either transfer your registration to a different course or opt for a credit or refund.
Participants are responsible for determining the time that training takes place prior to registering for a course. To find out the time the training takes place in your time zone you can use this link.
