Expand your professional toolkit with this engagement technique!

Have you got a highly controversial, deeply polarized or emotional situation? Are you engaging your stakeholders in a complex situation where there are no easy answers?

Choosing the right way to bring people together in this context requires significant consideration and reflection but we might have just the right technique for you.

Join us Tuesday, March 14, as Kim Hyshka of Dialogue Partners helps us explore Socratic Circles. Socratic circles can effectively embrace and address existing emotion and outrage and harness this energy to collectively gather and make space for group wisdom to emerge. This technique has potential to build capacity, deepen resiliency and create new understanding and compassion.

Using this technique, we hope to inspire, encourage and enable deep and powerful conversations on the burning questions facing the practice of P2. This space will allow practitioners to talk together about the future of the practice. Get ready for a hands on, interactive and participatory session.
