IAP2 Canada engaged past, current and future members to tell us what they thought about the new organization. The final report from this 3 month process, "What We Heard," is now available here (link). The report talks about how input from the process was used to create proposed bylaw amendments and motions for the upcoming AGM, and also lists 6 recommendations for the incoming Board of Directors to help lead IAP2 Canada in a direction that will reflect members' needs and wants. The "What We Heard" final report will be the basis for the afternoon workshop at the upcoming AGM in Toronto. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear about the results of the engagement process and participate in an open space discussion on the recommendations from the process.
